She was wearing pyjamas and a stuffed animal was next to her body. Sharleyne lived with her mother on the 10th floor. A visitation agreement was in place with her father. To this day it remains unclear whether the child fell, jumped or was pushed from her home. The mayor did not hesitate to mention that the family had been in the child and family services system for years. Consequently, many had questions: exactly how was child and family services involved?
