2000 – present: Freelance cameraman

2021 Directed the documentary Transit which  premiered at the Netherlands Film Festival (NFF) in Utrecht.

1996: Directed the documentary 5 Europeanen in New York, which was funded in part by RVU and premiered at the (NFF) in Utrecht. Later, it was broadcast by RVU.

1994: Directed the documentary Transit Zone, which premiered at the NFF. The 3sat public television company bought the broadcasting rights.

Education
1989 – 1995: Studied directing, cinematography and documentary editing at the DFFB, Berlin, Germany
Participated in workshops led by: Bela Tarr, Harun Farocki, Walter Lassally and Raoul Coutard
1984 – 1989: Studied media art at ArtEZ Institute for the Arts, Enschede, the Netherlands
