The Kosovar Albanian Ramo I. was sent to a forensic psychiatric facility in 1994 for killing the owner of a shawarma grill in Axel, a town in the province of Zeeland. He was released last year on the condition that he would undergo further treatment in Kosovo. Netwerk learned that Ramo I. is receiving no such treatment; instead, he is walking around free. His ex-wife and son, who live in the Netherlands, fear for their lives. Ramo has threatened to kill them both.
