ZEMBLA travelled to West-Friesland, a region in the province of Noord-Holland, to investigate the local hardcore techno scene and show how easy it is for the kids there to score drugs and their casual attitudes towards drug use. A world in which the kids are the dealers and eventually end up getting ripped off or otherwise caught up in drug-related violence, and the clueless parents have no idea what their children are up to.
